Newcastlewest GAA Health & Well Being Committee invite you to attend an "Ageing Positively” Seminar at the Woodlands House Hotel on Wednesday 20th March 7-9pm.   This is a free event and open to everyone.  You do not need to be a GAA member to attend.  Eamon Rea, former Limerick hurler and All-Ireland winner in 1973, is the Limerick GAA ambassador for the event.
